Default Radiator Fan Clutch removal

I need some suggestions for removal of the fan clutch.

After reading and looking for a way to lock the water pump pulley so i can remove the nut. I need a special spanner tool.

Is there any other way to keep the water pump pulley in place to keep the pulley in place?

This is on a 5.9L Durango.

The pulley is to big for vice grips. Was thinking about those strap wrenches. Just wondering if anyone has used the strap wrench method?
