Default a few problems.

1997 SLT 5.2L V8

Whenever I turn the wheel, more noticeable at low speed or stationary, but still happens at higher speeds, I get a nasty creeeaaakkkkk. I don't know what it is or where to even look. It happens when turning both left and right and is very loud and annoying.

Also, when i turn at low speeds my tires squeal. It happens mostly turning left, but also sometimes turning right.

Any ideas? thanks.

Edit: let me also add that sometimes after driving on the highway and then exiting and coming to a stop, my oil pressure gauge goes to zero and my check gauge light comes on. The second I begin to move the light shuts off and the pressure shoots back up. I've checked the oil level and it seems fine to me. It did this the first time I ever drove the truck, but then I had the oil changed and it was fine. I had the oil changed again and the problem has returned.

Maybe your low on power steering fluid. I get a bit of a squeal out of my tires when I try to take a sharp turn from a stop, left or right.

Haha, I added it after I was asked. And i added power steering fluid yesterday and it still happens. I also put some air in my tires.
