Default Trouble Starting during weather

I need a little help. After it rains over night or snows over night, I have trouble starting my truck in the morning. It takes me up to 15 mins. sometimes. And when i do get it started, I have to keep my foot in to keep the rpms up for a while or it dies.

Any idea why? Could it be because of the mileage on the motor?

probably moisture in the distributer cap, try getting a new cap/rotor and see what happens.
