Default Shocks

Here's a question for y'all,
Which brand of shocks would ya reccomend, I prefer Bilstein but it seems they do not have anything for the front of my truck.

Depends on the purpose. Do you tow a lot? Or do you want a softer ride? Lifted? Dropped? All important questions when choosing a shock.

I personally prefer Rancho, Rough Country, Sky Jacker, or Monro towing shocks.

Damn, I keep double posting tonight...

I'd go with the rough country's. Less than the Rancho's, but same basic shock.

Those are the ones I'm going with when the time comes for shocks.

I think they are are a pretty good choice. They can take a beating, and they are meant for it. I'm pretty sure they are the same as the Rancho RS5000 shocks.

I'd say go for it, and let us know what you think.

They don't make RS5000 for the front of your truck.

I went with the RS9000 during the 2-for-1 sale. Haven't installed them yet but had the 5000's on my Jeep and they made a noticeable difference in the ride so I'm sticking with a brand I have experience with.
