Some hot chick i talk to has a little brother that just got a 93 Honda Prelude, i saw her last night at the races and she brought up that he got it.

I told her i would race it, so i asked her what it all has done.

She said a JDM H22a with exhuast and "header" (LOL) and system has been mapped for the swap.

I checked specs online, and the 93 didnt come with the H22a it was a vtec with 190hp and a sorry *** number for torque lol. So he did a swap and if he DID have the vtec at 190 he only gained 30hp from the swap (motor only) and maybe a little more from the exhuast and "header".

Im full bolt ons pushing close to 300 to the rear and well over 400lbs of tq. to the rear.

With my slicks on.. this guy is going to be dust, im going to pull atleast 3 cars out of the whole on his *** and while he is trying to creep up on me ill be passing the finish line.

She is very confident that his car can beat me... so now its ON!

Im going to see what i can "get" if i win.

as a honda guy, you will walk him.... badly. you could peddle the whole way. Yes the jdm motor makes more power and is a common swap for that car. he at best is a mid 14 sec car. so even on spray he may be in the 13's. so if you know you run better then a mid 13 you have no worries

 

that honda runs 16's, i guarantee it. they pretty much all do, no matter what kind of "header" they run. if you ever run into one that has the right combination of header and the right brand of coffee can exhaust... you better watch out though, we're talking 15.9's trapping 87mph right there.

SOHC guys first post in this thread was saying ill swamp him, so we will leave it at that.

Unless you have a show room car meant and built to race right out of factory, then you dont have a race car/sports car.

Some trucks where built to race and out handle porshe and Fbodys (aka the Dakota R/T) My truck was meant for the track and street hence the "R/T" Road and Track.

Some cars are meant to race, most street cars these days dont come stock running in the 12s or 13s, the R/T Stock runs a slow *** 15sec the new camero runs low 12s with slicks.

Either way and all that matters really is i better get to atleast see her ****.. or get some poontangalang.

Thats really all that matters.
