First off guys, whenever i run my a/c it fills up the passengers side floorboard with like 5 gallons (exagerating, but it does go above the floor mat). i know there has been a problem with the drains on the evap housing and i was wondering how anyone has gone about fixing this. i hate driving my truck for an hour and then having to vaccum water out of it for 3. im thinking about just putting in a copper fitting at the lowest point on the housing and running an alternate drain tube outside for it, but i was just looking for some input.

Second, there is a terrible clicking noise in the rear end of my truck. it only happens on deccel, accel and turning. once im at a consistent speed it doesnt happen anymore. its not brake squeel. its like when you are using an electric impact and the drive on the end stops turning its that type of clicking noise, but not as fast. im afraid its an internal problem. i have ridden in the back of the truck while someone else is driving it around when the clicking was happening and its coming from the right rear somewhere. if anyone has had this problem before please help me out.
