Default Locked dragging front brakes///Help

Bought 2001 dakota new. Have had truck drag to a stop with front brakes smoking. Sometimes just right twice both front. This occurence seems to happen aroud every 30,000 miles have had calipers rotors and pads replaced every time but no one can explain the cause of this. Just happened again today right front locked up 130,000 on truck.,, any body have any ideas .. Mostly open road driving and I don't use or drag the brakes much. My last truck a Chevy went 160000 on original set of brakes.

Did you replace the rubber brake line at all. Had this problem with my front drivers side wheel and replacing the rubber brake line fixed the problem. Then with my front passenger side wheel it was the caliper. Its kinda weird that it happens every 30,000 miles tho how does your brake fluid look

Fluids good has been changed. How would the hoses affect the system?

the hose can collapse internally, it could look fine from the outside. but it will take longer for pressure to go in, and it will hold pressure in the caliper for much longer than necessary.
