dude no one TOLD you to buy the six. in fact, most 'which dakota should i buy' threads on here either point to the 4.7 or 5.9.

btw thanks for all the help rt
i got a deal on it. i got it with 32k for $5500 i didnt have much choice. ~25 more hp would be fantastic. some tourque would be helpful as wel. a 50/75 shot of NX is looking pretty ****ing awlesome rite now...

edit: cai, v8 tb, and a chip will do! not 25hp but itll do
will a v8tb fit with the stock cable??
any chip i should stay away from or gravitate to??

im gunna get the flashpaq. but..... it says it supports the 98-02 3.9l and i have an 03. will it still work?

edit: flashpaq dot com says itll work with the 03

Check Craigslist sometimes you can get them for 40-50% of retail because somebody sold their truck or something.

dont, just make your own intake. i think winkerage (sp?) just did his own and it looks great.
