i have a 2002 dakota sport. a while back there was a posting with a picture on how to remove the passenger side electric window switch. mine seems to be intermittent and when it doesnt work neither do the two rear ones. they will work from the drivers side,but tht is now getting flaky and intermittent.

any help would be appreciated.
