Default Control arm bushings question.

I was told I have to have them replaced soon on both sides of my truck. I am just wondering if i really do have to replace the ball joints in order for the arm bushings to fit right. THis is what one of the shops here told me and I am getting a quote of 700 to get the bushings replace and ball joints. ANybody know a shop near denton tx that won't rip me off?

My motorcycle mechanic did mine (I own a shop) and it only cost me about $300 total. My personal opinion is that the ball joints on these trucks suck anyway, so it couldn't hurt ti have them changed. I also used poly bushings that really made a difference, grease the crap out of them on install or they will squeak for like 3 months. $700 seems pretty high, but it does take some time to do.
