Default help

http://www.dakota-truck.net/UPGRADES/FABM/fabmdml.html

did this and now the truck sounds as if it is sucking too much air in and when i tap the gas so it revs to ~1500rpm itll die after the rpms come back down. it hesitates on acceleration as well. when i stomp on the gas from idle it makes an air sucking sound then revs out.

the **** is my problem?

is the computer not recognizing the increased air intake?

Could be. I was always told if you disconnect the battery for a mew minutes and reconnect it evaluates what its got. I've never done it but its a free thing for you to try

youve got a vacuum leak. its probably not flush with the TB or something. did you remember to put the rubber gasket back on top of the tb? make sure its tightened down good enough.

hmmmmm... the black rubber gasket is on there. could it be the vacuum hose? its connected to the nipple but the nipple was spinning. and the wing nut ontop of the filter was really tight.
