front hitch
http://www.autoanything.com/towing/6...0A2055886.aspx... here so you dont beat yourself trying to make one..
I dont recommend making one unless you are a awesome welder. I figure I would do the same on my 85 power ram and it turned out to be a pita. I ended up buying one. It would of been ok if all I needed it for was pulling my truck out of the mud.
For the 1st gen there is nothing you can buy, so I made my own. Here is my post it may help. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...ont-hitch.html
Here is one 2nd gen with it installed. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...ok-talk-2.html

The idea is... I have a hitch from my old silverado, and I know an awesome welder, so making a set of brackets and cutting the Chevy hitch to width would be close to free vs $200 +. After looking at the pics (thanks) Im not sure I like having it hanging that low below the bumper. I may have to rethink everything.
