Default 1st gen vs 2nd gen V6 exhaust question

Ok fellas here is a question and a tip for the performance gurus. I'm not sure how many are aware of this but for the 1st gen V6 up to 1993 the stock Exhaust manifolds, Y pipe, and cat were lager and flowed better. In 1994 Dodge made some changes to those parts and as a result the 1st gen and 2nd gen V6 lost 5Hp from a stock 180Hp down to only 175Hp. I know the manifolds from 93 and down will fit my 99 Dak but would the Y pipe and cat fit without and major mods?

I know some of you will ask so why not just buy headers and high flow cat. The answer is simple. I have a spare 1st gen for parts and I'm on a limited budget. 5Hp may not seem like allot but I am doing some other mods too that with the better flowing exhaust will add up to more Ponies in the end. Those mods include hand modified V6 TB, Kegger Mods, and under-drive pulleys.

I forgot to add that both my Dak's are 2wd Sport editions
