k heres my situation i changed out my spark plugs yesterday on my 99 3/4 ton pickup after i was done it drove fine well i got in it this morning and it wont start it tries to kick over but it wont so i went through everything from yesterday to make sure i didnt disconnect anything pulled half my plugs back out looked fine so i tried starting fluid it starts then dies immediatly any ideas i would greatly appreciate them

 

out of gas? fuel pump coming on when key is turned to the ON position? fuel pressure? if you say it will run on ether for a second then die, then that means there isnt anything wrong with the spark plugs. you arnt getting fuel.

 

I agree. Check the fuel pump.
