Will an intake manifold off of a 2008 4.7HO fit a 2000 4.7? or will it take additional mounting hardware?

it takes some additional hardware and is worth it to go with a 70mm throttle body when you do it too i was just looking into this the other day and everyone said it gives you a pretty good boost...bad thing is its like $550-600 i was looking on airram.com's site and he has a thing so you can connect the throttle body to the 08 manifold and some other things to mount the throttle cables and what not since the new ones are cableless

 

I hear it jsut does more power at the higher end of the RPM range. but it also keeps the lower grunt as well

 

ok, so has anyone done a swap in the past or know what it takes to make it fit?
