Default 4.7 HO feasibility in 4.7 hole?

I have done a bunch of research but haven't come up with a definitive answer for this question.

I have a '00 that is getting a little long-in-the-tooth...245K to be exact.

What I would like to do is find another engine and while there is still some life left in mine, rebuild/refresh another.

I have found a candidate relatively cheap but am not sure of the feasability. It is supposed to be a HO 4.7 from an '02 Jeep with a leaky head gasket.

I know that it there is a difference in the tone ring and that it would have to be swapped but I was planning on tearing it down completely and putting new bearings, rings, etc so that would not be an issue to replace.

Are the basic components compatible (ie, block, heads, exhaust manifolds, etc.)? Will the cams in the head work with the computer in my truck or would they have to go back to stock? The intake on the HO is different than mine...will my stock intake work on the '04 heads or will I have to replace them with some from another year?

The engine is complete down to the wiring harness that connects it to the vehicle.

If nothing else, can I at least use the rods and crank and just build me another 4.7 with stock pistons, stock heads but the larger cams?

Thanks for your time
