Default Having trouble selling 2000 Dak

You may have seen my post in the sale section, I have it up in a bunch of places but haven't gotten any responses besides just a couple of online tire kickers. I am wondering if you guys have any points I should adjust or anything to help move this thing.

well its not a good market to sell vehicles these days, lots of people sellin, but nobody can buy

one day wash the hell out of it and take some pretty parking lot pics, no trailer, put the tonneau cover on... stuff like that
engine bay pics interior pics, pics of the bed, undercarriage...

personally i like the truck, if i had the money id be willing to drop 5k on it,

How does it tow? What's the most you've towed with it? Where are you located and what's your bottom dollar?

i don't know how you guys feel about it but i would never buy a 'modified' car or truck (suspension, motor, etc). it just seems that most people just land up inheriting someone else's bubble gum and paper clip fixes. i'm not saying that you didnt take care of your truck well, that's just the way i think.

Lonestar- It tows well and the most I have towed with it would be 2 boats on a trailer with some gear inside them. It is not a heavy trailer (moveable by hand though that is a pain). However it didn't even really notice they were there. I could do 70 to keep up with traffic and still pulled well at that speed if I needed more.j

I'm in Springfield, VA. bottom dollar I would do 5,000 maybe just a touch under.

EDIT: You can also see my sale ad for more pics and a description

Its a pretty nice looking truck. But def the cleaner and more pictures you have the more sucsess you will have. I know if i see a dirty vehicle I immdeiatly stop looking because it throws up a red flag saying "I don't take care of my truck and/or I'm too lazy to make it look good and Im not a motivated seller". Clean the hell out of it and take lots of pictures like others have said. Show the engine bay. Get one of every angle of the truck.

And I think its def worth 5k.

I think it's the towing deal that is killing it for you. A dodge tranny that has been towed with it the last thing somebody wants. All though I know the tranny behind the 4.7 is better than the 42/44/46re's its still a dodge transmission. Towing is tough on transmissions and people that are looking for a truck and don't plan on towing, don't want a truck that was used for towing. Nothing you can really do (outside of replacing a perfectly good transmission for no reason...) about this but its probably a main reason for lack of a sale.

Ya, I cleaned the inside pretty good. The outside... it was rather cold so I did a semi-quick was. Didn't like the 50* + cold water. It is pretty clean but not quite perfect.
