Default 2004 dodge dakota car stereo question

cd was stuck in stereo, disconnect ground battery, took out fuses, stuck tweezers in car stereo and yes finally hit dashboard and cd came out. Now cd won't go into player at all.

Basically what and where is the reset button?

You reset the unit when you disconnected the ground from the battery. Finding the reset button on the unit won't help this problem. The CD player very likely has internal damage and it either needs to be repaired or the unit needs to be replaced. I would suggest finding a good car audio shop and taking the unit to them for a repair estimate. If you replace it with aftermarket unit, nowadays you can get a good one for around $200 to $250 installed.

Go to the junkyard and get one out of an older one if possible. I know here in illinois i can get one for my 98' with a CD player for 35 bux.
