Default Sway bar bushing options

I am going to replace the FRONT swaybar bushings and when I was looking at NAPA's online it has 4 options..
http://www.napaonline.com/masterpage...d=7&SubCatId=2

1. w/ 1 1/8" Bar Diameter To Arm

2. To Arm w/ 1.40" Bar Diameter

3.To Frame w/ 1.18" Bar Diameter

4.To Frame w/ 1.30" Bar Diameter

What one does the Dakota use?

Also I was wondering who sells polyurethane ones? And how much more are they?

Anything special to know when using poly bushings? Never used them, usually just use OEM replacement ones, but with all the nasty roads I drive on, I want to replace them with a quality part because I plan to have the truck a long time.
