im rebuilding my 98 dakota's 318. my question is can any one recomend a mild performance cam that will work with my stock ecm. i realy dont have the cash or time to go whrough tunnig. ive looked around and have had a hard time finding a hydro roller cam doesnt brake the bank. so any info or seguestions would be great thanks.

 

I'm no cam guru but can tell you that anybody that comes through here is going to say they need to know what you are going after HP, torque, rpm wise. I suggest figuring that out and giving Hughes Engines a call.

 

keep a tighter LSA maybe like 114 to keep the PCM happy. honestly i would go with a custom grind.
