Default People amaze me...

I gave my old 97 Dakota ECab to my son this past winter when I bought my 08 Dakota. He went to a local amusement park last Friday with his girlfriend for a night out. All went well and they left around 11PM when the park closed. He drove home and went out to go to work saturday to find some lowlife had stole his bedliner the night before.
I wasn't too upset because I had bought the liner second hand in 1999 and paid like 50 bucks for it, so I got good use out of it. He was upset but then decided it could have been worse if they had broken in and taken his and his girlfriends ipods.
Funny part was one of the 4 stainless screws I had put in the corners years ago must have given the thieves trouble. It was still in the rail and you could tell they had to yank the liner to get it free. Hope it cracked the liner up on the corner real good.
Some people amaze me.....

Stealing is about is low as it gets. I says "I'm a lazy no good low life, that doesn't want to do $hit but I'll take other peoples stuff that they worked hard for."

Freshman year of college some stole the tach, head unit, and Ipod touch out of my friends '82 360ci CJ7. Needless to say he wasn't happy.

yeah, I was trying to figure out the whole scenerio. Had to have a full size truck or another Dakota. I got a chuckle out of an image of a crappy old bedliner tied down to the roof of a equally crappy old buick going down the road.
Just amazed no one noticed anything. I guess the people who collect your money when you park must have been on break or something.

LOL! Damn! Some people are desperate. My cousin caught someone trying to steal his rims off of his car with a screw driver and a rubber mallet to take off the lug nuts. And a cinderblock to put the car on. But no jack to lift it up.

haha thats awesome screw driver and a rubber mallet. I forgot about this I saw it on a forum guy just bought a brand new 09 camaro like a week earlier walked out in the morning to leave for work and found his car with no wheels on it. car was sitting on 4x4 posts but they ended up falling so the car was sitting in the rotors and bumper and oil pan was smashed.
