Default suspension question

Hi everybody
I own a 99 dodge dakota 5.2L 4X4 i took it in today for a wheel alignment and they told me i needed all four ball joints and inner tie rods replaced and they wanted to charge me $700 so i'm going to do them myself. Now my question is should i also replace the control arm bushings and outer tie rods while i'm in there. or should i save myself $200 and just replace what they told me. The ball bearings and inner tierods?
Thanks in advance

do all 4 bal joints regardless....they sure get angry if you don't. But overall I agree with batty.
