dodge and their crappy bumpers my rear one is done for no way it can be saved. I took my front one off last summer and tried to get as much bare metal as I could but when I took it off couple months ago I noticed its starting to come threw again. I even noticed a little bit starting on the rear bumper of our 07 hemi looks like that is coming off before all the salt hits the roads

All fixed
Bumper is finally all fixed.
After removing it from the truck, I took off the painted fascia pieces, got rid of the multiple scab's of rust, sanded and then hit it with six coats of black Rustoleum and two coats of undercoating spray.
The finish in this first pic looks a little bumpy. Sprayed it on a little too thick and discovered that undercoating spray doesn't dry too quickly. So, it's not lingering rust, just a lot of bubbly undercoating!
Here's the whole inside of the bumper with a nice thick layer of undercoating spray. I'm leaving it on the workbench for a few days to cure up.

Looks good. When I half assed (to be honest) my rear bumper I learned just how long it takes to dry. I hope that works well for ya, Ill be doing the same as soon as I can drive my subbie so I can get my kota off the road and in the garage
Just an FYI when I reinstalled mine it was a snug fit, I noticed you painted the brackets. Just thought Id give ya a heads up that if you undercoated them they may be to thick.
One last thought, how many cans of undercoat and paint you use? My painting list is looong so Ill get extra anyways but just so I can get an idea
