Default WaterPump Replacement

I know this must come up a lot. Mine is starting to leak and I replaced it myself in 2006 (about 100K ago) and since it's been so long I am trying to think how I id it. If I recall I had to take the fan cover off, belt of pulleys, and the hoses off of the water pump. Then just take the 7-8 screws or so that holds he water pump onto the engine. Then it just slides right off, well after a little moving it back and fourth. Then If I remember it was getting the fan assembly off of the water pump that took a long time and was hard. Then after that just put everything together. Is that about it, or am I missing something?

yep you've got a handle on it. the hardest part is removing the fan clutch from the pump.
