Default Torsion bar heigh affecting steering?

So for the past year or so my truck has had a pull to the right. It hasn't bothered me too much since I have a good 4wheel alignment as well as properly inflated and balanced tires. Today I was looking at it and noticed that the torsion bar on the driver's side is tighter than the one on the passenger. I measured and saw that there is about a little over 1/4" more of bolt sticking out of the support on the driver side than on the passenger side.

So, now that I know that my truck is sitting higher on the driver's side than the passenger side, will this cause it to pull to the right?

I'm going to go ahead and level them out, but I'm hoping I can get some confirmation on this so I know my efforts are at least not in vain.

The torsion bars are made to adjust differently from each other. So you can adjust each side to get it perfectly equal. Measure the high th at the fenders not the bolts. But yes if one side is off it can cause a drift.
