What engine is this? I would pull your wires and Plugs and make sure there is NO moisture.. Use compressed air to blow that area dry.

Whens the last time you swapped your wires? If you cant remember then go ahead and change them... along with the plugs.

Toss some water remover into your gas tank. Its possible you got some water in your tank... that would cause rough idle and toss mis file codes as well.

Thanks everyone. I dont know how i managed to screw up the cables but i mixed one up.....no clue how i made myself a diagram to
