Question tweak help

I have a Snap-On MT-2500 scanner and I was told I can tweak the throttle response and RPMs and shift points and all this good stuff with it. Is this true? If so what can I do and how do I do it?

Send it to me and I'll figure it out.

Not many people have that kind of money to spend on a scanner like that. If I were you I would read the documentation that came with the scanner or find a forum dedicated to snap-on software.

I always thought a scanner was only able to scan while a tuner could actually modify computer controlled aspects of the engine.
