Default NO power to trailer hookup

I have an '01 QC with the factory towing package. I tested for power back to the harness at the rear bumper and it is all dead. Read through the factory service manual and read that there are some fuses under the hood by the power distribution center. Aside from checking these, anyone else have this problem? Truck is new to me so I want to make sure I am not missing something here.

if its not a fuse. then its a wiring problem it start back at the connector and work forward. probably corrosion.

Thanks. I will start tonight with both and run thourgh everything. Took a peak under the hood and didn't see the fuses offhand, but I will find them. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something simple like a switch or harness somewhere.

Anyone have a photo of the fuses? I did have one block fuse around when I got the truck, it was square with a leg on it to run a bolt through it. Maybe that is what I am missing, prehaps a ground?
