Default Looking for Suggestions

I have a 97 Dodge Dakota 6 cylinder with 200k miles on it.

I just recently noticed a brown gelatin substance that has started to build up in my radiator. Also there is a distinct gas smell in the oil. However I don't see any signs of coolant in the oil. My first thought was head gasket to I ran a compression test. All cylinders are sitting at 147-149 PSI when cranking. So I moved on to the radiator and pressurized it to 20 PSI and let it sit for an hour. When I came back the gauge was still sitting at 20. Any thoughts on where the oil is getting into the coolant from?
