Question Strange stalling issue

Ok so I thought this was done but i guess not.

When its cold out and my truck stalls BEFORE its up to temp it will NOT start. I can "convince" it to start by cranking it and pumping the gas but I dont like to do it. Anyone have any suggestions??

I am up to date on my maintenance before you ask
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor, K&N cleaned, oil change and lotsa seafoam thru the gas.

Any ideas that i can try? Im at a loss right now, my plenum gasket needs to be done BUT I dunno if it effects this but thought Id throw it out there.

The usual problem is the IAC Idle Air Control valve these tend to stick on our trucks. Replace it. The plenum gasket could cause some problems.
