Ok so I have an exhaust leak, Im kinda hoping its the exhaust manifold so I "have" to get headers

My question is the only ones Ive seen for my setup are 4x2 only, am I just stupid and they exist and I cant find em? Also If I do any kind of a lift weill that cause issues with the headers?
