Default Problems with front sway bar bolts

I want to change the bushings on my front sway bar but the upper bolts on the cross member are seize up. So I can't take the brackets off. I've already tried soaking the bolts in lube a few days prior, but still luck of getting them off. What should I do to get these bolts off?

Yeah sometimes using a pipe on a wrench can help, but if you use too much force you can end up breaking the head right off the bolt. Try heating them up with a torch and then let it cool and once it cools a little spray some penatrating oil on it. Then try it. Thats your best bet.
