Default O2 sensor replacement

My 2000 4.7 oxygen sensor is throwing a Code (P0141) that my Chilton's book says is a "O2 Sensor Heater Malfunction (Bank no.1 Sensor no.2). Chilton's doesn't identify what "bank no.1" is (left/right?), and doesn't tell me which sensor is "no.2" (front/rear).
Any help here? At $65/plus shipping, I don't want the wrong one sent.

Bank 1 is typically the bank with the number 1 cylinder, which should be the driver's side bank.
