I am looking to grab a better seat out of a newer Gen II model for my '92 Ext cab.

My question is for you 4DR owners, do your front seats fold forward so that they could be used in an Ext cab. My guess is no, why would you need that? but on the other hand it would save Dodge from having more than one seat model. Anyway, can someone save me a trip to the wrong yard and let me know?

Just get one out of a club cab and not a 4dr my 98 club cab has seats that flip forward.

 

I have a second gen quad cab and the seats do not fold forward so get them out of a club cab.

 

ya the exteded cabs do fold forward but when i went to leather seats out of a durango the rear bolts were diffrent the dakotas are angled in and the durangos are straight out but dont fold forward so i just have to scoot it all the way forward and try to wedge in the back
