Default Misfire on 4

I've got a 99 Dakota 5.2 and here's the problem, I've got a miss, wife tells me the check engine light is on yesterday. Get a code reader and it says misfire in 6&4, compression test all cylinders, all around 85 - 100 psi, change the plugs for cylinders 1-8 , still now reading only misfire 4, change the wire for 4, still reading misfire 4, change the injector from cylinder 2 -4 and vice versa, thinking if the injector is buggered, then the misfire would move from 4 to 2. Then go for a drive, misfire 4. Grrrr, anyone else any suggestions?

It turns out that a hold down screw on the distributor broke and caused the distrubutor to tilt. The rotor caught the #3 cylinder point and broke it, so when it fired on 3 it sent sparks to all other cylinders, causing an electrical storm of sorts
