Does anyone know if you can put the 2550lb leaf springs from a gen 1 Dakota on a gen 2? I need a lot more hauling capacity than 1200lbs. Seems that the measurements are the same, I was just wondering if anyone has tried this. Thanks.

 

If you have some lined up to buy, go for it! If you have to, disassemble the packs and use your top leaf with all the lower leafs of the new pack.
