im looking to fix the rust on my 98 dakota and im going to go to a junk yard to see if i can find some rust free panels and was wondering if a 98 durango would have the same panels as the dakota since the front looks exactly alike

 

i dont think they are the same. because the durango doors are different so that might mean the front fenders are different too, but i could be wrong. if you ask at the junkyard they will know if a part is interchangeable. they can look up the part numbers for you.

 

i think the fenders are the same lmc truck has the same part number for the durango and dakota, and it doesn't matter what year you get the panels are all the same for the 2nd gen dakota
