Default Advice on Front Wheel Bearing

I can't find my repair manual but I have a growling when turning coming from the front of my wheel/axle area on my 99 Dakota. Are there any specs on torquing the bearing nuts when reinstalling. Anything to watch out for? Truck has 120k

Factory specs are:

2x4: torque the spindle nut to 185 ft lbs.

4x4: torque bearing bolts to 123 ft lbs, and axle nut to 173 ft lbs.

Default Torque Specs

Thanks for the reply. My truck is a 4X4 with 120K miles on it. Looking for parts most parts suppliers only sell the hub/bearing as a unit. Only NAPA offers just the bearings. Any recommendations
