The adjuster handle on the side of my driver's side seat broke off. Just by looking at it, it doesn't look like I can replace the part. I'm thinking I may have to get an entirely different seat.

Does anyone know if seats from other models will fit in my 2000 RT?

Yes most likely you will have to replace just the side hinge. But other 2nd Gen. Dakota seats will fit.
