'01 Quad 4.7L Idle noise

During idle, there is a constant squeaking sound. It is not a rough idle, but rather smooth. Any suggestions? Or is this too vague of an example? Any help would be nice.

is when you just start it up? could be your fan belt sqeeking a little here and there

might wanna try taking a video and posting it up.
