I've got a 2002 Ext. cab Dakota, 4x4. Truck came with 265/70-16 tires. I want to find out if a 265/75-16 will fit in the spare tire area. It's about 1"
bigger total (0.5" bigger radius)

I'm also putting a frame mounted hitch on.

most good name brand hitches are low profile so they dont take up as much room when they are bolted up I would say it will fit. I have dual exhausts and I cant fit mine but oh well I dont travel far anyway lol
