Default 2000 dakota 4.7L ASR...HELP

Just replaced heads, crankshaft sensor & camshaft sensor as well as reset timing. My Auto Shutdown Relay (ASR) is now clicking & I have a no start. I call it being in shutdown mode (not sure if right term). The truck will not start & my code reader only shows error. I got 2 codes prior to shut down (P0320 & P0725) I was able to leave the battery unhooked for a few hours today & once hooked back up I was able to clear codes. Truck then cranked & ran fine, I cut it off & on a few times & then let it run for 20 min or so. Everything seemed fine so I cut it off & put the truck back together. Went to crank her back up & she went back into shutdown mode. Any advise on what I can do next will be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty much at the end of the road with my knowledge. Everything I read about ASR says to replace a different sensor, don't want to have to replace every sensor on the truck.

Default Solution to ASR

Apparently this is a problem NO ONE knows anything about!!! So I figured I put up the solution in case someone else runs into the same situation. I ended up paying $50 to tow it to the Dodge Dealership, the said they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine & that my truck wouldn't communicate with their computer. I told them everything I had done & the codes I had pulled before it went into shutdown. They called me about 4 hrs later & said they had fixed it & the truck was running fine. They said that all the ground wires were tight except one was a little bit loose & it was the ground for the PCM (located under the air box, which I never took off). They also disconected all my grounds, cleaned & reconnected them. Said they were not sure if it was the loose ground or the grounds were just dirty enough to not get a good connection. So 3 hrs of labor charges I finaly have my truck back & running. So hopefully this will help anyone who runs into the same problem & save you $320!!
