The casing on the shifter tower of my 3.9 v6 manual dakota is broken. The break is on the bracket closest to the drive shaft. can I just replace the shifter tower casing or should i look for a whole new assembly? also, while i have the transmission apart is there anything else i can fix/change to better the longevity of my truck?
