Arrow exhaust or body lift first??

I have a stock 02 Quad cab 4.7. I want to put a 3 inch body lift and an exhaust on it but if i do the exhaust and then the body lift, will i have a problem with the mounting of the exhuast?

Also, do i have to buy new shocks if i do a body lift? sounds like a obvious/stupid question but you never know.

Negative on shocks body lift doesnt change suspension. I would do bl first cause the exhaust hangs from parts of the body and it will be easier to modify exhaust before u put it on

BL, Intake, THEN Exhaust. You can build you're own air intake for cheap which is why I would do it.
