Default '98 wiring/tail light/flasher issue

I've got a very clean 98 Dakota 4x4, V-6 and all of a sudden I've got no tail lights and the right front 4 way doesn't work. Plate lights are out as well. I've got brake lights, directionals and back up's. Up front, I've got all the lighting I'm supposed to, when I'm supposed to ...except the right front four way. The dash light for the 4 way shows the left side flashing and nothing on the right side.

No blown fuses. The wiring harness underneath looks very clean, no obvious brakes or corrosion. Does this sound like a ground issue or something else?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
