thanks everyone for the input ill try the belt and the tensioner. i have napa, auto zone, and advanced near me. I always go to to auto zone tho because me and my friends actually fixed the store managers car! so now we get a lot of things at low discounted prices. oh and its only 4 miles away.

 

Hell if you get a discount mind getting me some stuff lol

 

its not that much tho i might get a 10% or 15% discount. ill end up spending about $100 tom.

 

Thats not bad anything to save you a lil money. Instead of buying a dewalt angle grinder for 60.00 at lowes I had to get one off ebay even tho I only saved 7.00 but thats 7.00 that I could put towards something else.

 

alright guys after about 2 hours iv finally concluded all that i needed was a new belt. the tensioner is good and the fan is good. thanks to every one that contributed to my question oh and just if you were wondering i got the cheapest belt (duralast) from autozone for about $25
