Default Will a 4.7 HO head bolt straight to a non HO 4.7?

Hey guys new to the forum, got a question for ya (Posted it in another area of the forum, seem's I posted in the wrong place, this is way more populated lol!). I'm in the middle of a huge project swapping the 545RFE out for an NV3500 in my '01 grand cherokee, so I have the engine and trans sitting on my garage floor right now.

Anyways this engine is a rebuilt I bought and installed less than 30k ago, and it's been burning some oil recently. Because I have it on the ground I decided now would be the best time to check things out and see whats causing it. Well it's been a hell of a day, but the engine is torn down to the point where I have one head off and the other is just hangin out. We were going to simply replace the valve stem seals but noticed excessive play in atleast the first valve (Haven't pulled more yet) so I'm predicting all the valve guides to be similar.

I've been pricing the machine work to get it all back up to spec, and remanufactured heads, but I was wondering about HO heads? I've read all about the cam upgrade, and I know HO's have different valve springs, but would there be any issue bolting a HO head to a non HO motor and running it with a non HO computer just like you would installing just the cams?

Thanks, AP.
