Default Fuel Pump Problems

I have a 98 5.2 with no voltage to fuel pump relay. PCM(Module) not sending voltage to relay in PDC(relay panel). Could it be wiring connection problem in PDC or fault to PCM preventing power up of fuel pump. Jumped fuel pump at PDC and fuel pump operates. ASD(shutdown relay) not pulling in with key start.Should it be energized?

ANY SUGGESTIONS?????

THANKS!!!

**NOTE: Approximately two weeks before failure, Check engine light code for Park/Neutral switch came on. The truck ran for a couple weeks with no problem while the CEL was on. The CEL shut off on its own. Truck does crank.

I just ran out and checked, and when I turn the key to ACC, I have 12 volts across the terminals that power the shut down relay. I would check to see if you had a bad ground somewhere, or some other bad connection. If I couldn't find the problem that way, I would start looking at the wire schematics at the back of a haynes manual.
