Default Anyone running 265/75/16s on stock suspension

I'm shopping for tires and wouldn't mind going a little bit bigger than stock (265/70/16) if it requires no modifications and won't rub.

This would be on my '02 QC 4x4 with the Sport package. Thanks. Used the search function and found mixed answers.

I went with the stock configuration after coming across a great deal on some all seasons Wild Country brand made by Cooper. I knew of their off road provenance, but was surprised when I came upon a more tame tread design. They seem quieter than my old silent armors too.

Normally they sell for $170 a tire, and this place was unloading them for $80 each installed. With a 60,000 mile rating on top of that it was a no brainer.

Was gonna answer, but then I noticed; you asked about tire sizes, did some checkin around, decided to go with stock size and then posted it all in 5 hours.
You move too fast for me grasshopper. lol

Tried the 75s and they rubbed. Also, the 70s were cheaper, so they won. Its a meatier tire than the old one, so it does a good job of filling the wheel well.

Cool, I'm glad you found the ones you like. I just cranked my torsion bars a little, put 1 1/2 blocks in the rear and I fit 265-75/16 on mine no prob.
