Default Delayed engagement: 45rfe Transmission

I had transmissioin slipping and delayed engagement. Changed oil and filters. Still occuring. Got a high pressure line fault code. Changed solenoid pack. The slipping gone, still delayed engagement. No delayed engagement in the morning. Only occurs after driving, stop, turn off truck, restart few minutes later and try to pull away. It delays. If I let it idle down to 600-650ish rpm, there is no delayed engagement. It goes into drive or reverse good. If the vehicle is stopped and running at idle then is put into gear, the truck engages nicely. I read online: "delayed engagement due to cooler return filter replacement", with part # 04799662AB is suspect. Now, the filter change occurred in February this year. Would this filter still be out there if this bulletin came out in 2005? Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
